Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Shipping Times:
- Standard Orders: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-16 days for international shipments. You’ll receive tracking details in your confirmation email.
- Ready-to-Wear Items (Luxury & Boutique Brands): Orders are processed within 1-4 days, undergoing a quality check to ensure the finest products. Shipping takes an additional 1-7 days, depending on your location. Most ready-to-wear items arrive within 3-10 days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
- Made-to-Order & Customized Items (Fashion & Decor): Processing times vary, with most custom orders shipped within 1-4 weeks. Please check the product description for specific timelines.

Orders & Tracking
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our new mobile app, available for both Apple and Google devices, or on the accounts page on our website. With the mobile app, you will receive order notifications and can easily visit the 'Orders' section. Click on the specific order you want to track to see its current status and tracking information.

Your order goes through the following stages:
- Order Received – Your order has been successfully placed.
- Order Confirmed – Inventory is secured, and payment is captured.
- Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) – The expected delivery timeframe is provided.
- On Its Way Soon – Your order is about to be shipped but may have a slight delay.
- Order Shipped – The order has left the warehouse and is in transit.
- Order Delivered – Your order has arrived at the provided shipping address.
- Order Complete – The order is successfully delivered and closed in our system.

Returns & Refunds
Yes! You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Some items may be final sale or have specific return exceptions—please check our return policy for details - return policy.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s). For out-of-stock or order cancellations, refunds are processed within 1-2 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take some time to reflect on your statement.
